◎ Aussehen

The beer presents a clear amber hue with distinct copper and orange glints under light. The head forms with moderate density and exhibits good retention and lacing, leaving a fine web pattern down the glass. Carbonation is lively and visible throughout, contributing to a clean, inviting presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose is led by bright, ripe stone fruit and tropical character, particularly peach and mango, backed by a fresh citrus lift from the Citra and Mosaic hops. A gentle pine and herbal spice underscore the fruity foundation, with the pale malts providing a subtle, understated backbone that does not compete with the hop expression.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and hoppy, delivering the promise of the aroma through continued tropical and citrus notes. The mid-palate shows a lean, dry malt structure that allows the Summit, Citra, and Simcoe to define the beer's character, with a touch of spice adding complexity. Bitterness builds steadily and holds firm through the finish, persistent without becoming harsh or astringent.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and lingering, with the bitterness extending well into the aftertaste. Pine and citrus notes fade gradually, leaving a clean, slightly resinous impression that invites another sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
