Deep copper with bright highlights, settling beneath a dense, dark ivory head that builds with substance. The head displays excellent retention and clings to the glass with pronounced lacing as the beer is consumed. Clarity is excellent, allowing the warm amber-copper hue to glow distinctly.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately assertive, leading with toasted malt and caramelized grain. Dried stone fruits and candied orange peel weave through a subtle herbal undertone, creating layered complexity. There is a gentle spice quality that suggests noble hop character without overshadowing the malt foundation.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with a full, sweet malt presence that swells into roasted and bread-like notes across the mid-palate. A pronounced bittering emerges in the middle, asserting itself against the malt sweetness to create dynamic tension. The finish balances toasted character with an enduring herbal bitterness that neither overwhelms nor recedes.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and dry, with lingering bitterness and toasted malt notes extending into the aftertaste. A subtle sweetness remains in the background, keeping the close warm and textured rather than harsh.
