Brasserie Dupont brews in Tourpes, a village in the municipality of Leuze-en-Hainaut in western Hainaut. The farm buildings date from 1759, and brewing on the site is recorded from 1844, when honey beers and saisons were made for field workers. In 1920 Alfred Dupont bought the farm-brewery for his son Louis, who revived the saison recipe. Since 1950 the house has focused on top-fermented beers refermented in the bottle, and in 1990 it launched the first organic beers in Belgium. Olivier Dedeycker leads the family firm in its fourth generation.
