Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a soft, sustained bead throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—grapefruit and lemon zest—layered with floral hop notes from the Styrian Wolf dry addition. Beneath sits a subtle exotic fruit character of mango and lychee, with a clean, slightly peppery backdrop from the yeast contributing to the overall aromatic clarity.

◐ Taste

The palate is crisp and refreshing, with the citrus character following through on entry and mid-palate. A clean, measured bitterness—supported by the 28 IBUs—balances the subtle malt sweetness without overwhelming, while the dry hopping adds a bright, grassy tension. The finish lacks residual sweetness, instead revealing a dry, almost mineral quality.

The aftertaste is clean and lingering, with citrus notes fading into a pleasantly dry, hoppy dryness. No cloyingness remains—only a bright, thirst-inducing character.

Serve at 8–12°C. Saison is refreshing but complex — cold works, but slightly warmer shows its farmhouse character.
