◎ Appearance

Pours thickly opaque with a pale golden hue beneath the haze, characteristic of the New England style. The dense, creamy head settles into a persistent collar. Fine carbonation supports a soft, pillowy presentation without sharp edges.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright Citra citrus—grapefruit zest and tangerine—layered beneath tropical stone fruit from El Dorado and Galaxy. Peach and papaya emerge in the mid-ground, while the base remains clean and yeast-neutral, allowing the hop character to dominate without earthiness or herbal intrusion.

◐ Taste

Entry is juicy and citrus-forward, with bright acidity balancing a restrained, rounded sweetness. The mid-palate carries soft fruit notes—orange and mango—over a whipped, voluptuous mouthfeel that obscures structure. Bitterness sits deliberately low, finishing clean and balanced rather than sharp or resinous.

◑ Finish

Short to medium, fading gracefully with lingering citrus pith and a whisper of stone fruit. The aftertaste remains dry and refreshing, never sticky or cloying.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
