Julius presents a pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy, opaque character that obscures the light. The generous white head settles into a fine, persistent collar with good lacing retention on the glass. Bright carbonation lifts the suspended matter, creating a dynamic, cloudy appearance throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical fruit notes, leading with ripe peach and mango alongside passion fruit undertones. Citrus elements—orange, grapefruit pith, and bright zest—weave through the center, while soft herbal and floral hop character provides gentle backbone without aggression. A subtle yeasty, slightly creamy undertone from suspension rounds out the bouquet.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and fruit-forward, with peach and mango leading into a cascading citrus mid-palate that feels clean rather than sharp. Bitterness arrives measured and balanced—around 45 IBU—without harsh edges, supported by a full, pillowy mouthfeel that coats without being sticky. The malz provides just enough sweetness to anchor the tropical character without dominating.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with tropical fruit notes lingering gently on the palate. Residual sweetness fades smoothly into a refreshing, hop-driven aftertaste that invites another sip without fatigue.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
