Lil' Juicy

◎ Appearance

A pale gold haze dominates the glass, born from suspended yeast and grain matter characteristic of the New England style. The head forms quickly but settles to a thin, wispy ring with modest lacing. Carbonation appears moderate, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the cloudy body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright tropical fruit—pineapple and mango lead, supported by distinct stone fruit notes of peach and apricot. Citrus threads through, with hints of fresh orange zest and a subtle pithy quality. The Malz base remains soft and withdrawn, allowing the Edelhopfen to occupy the full aromatic stage.

◐ Taste

The palate enters soft and creamy, with oat Malz providing a silken mouthfeel that frames the hop expression. Mango and fresh orange juice dominate the mid-palate, accompanied by peach sweetness and a light underlying Malz sweetness. Bitterness is deliberately subdued, allowing the juicy fruit character to persist without sharp edges or astringency.

◑ Finish

The finish remains brief and juicy, with the fruit-forward character fading quickly rather than lingering. No harsh bitterness or Malz dryness intrudes on the exit.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
