Golden and hazy beneath a thick, persistent white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The cloudiness comes from the weizen yeast and unfiltered character, creating a naturally turbid appearance typical of the style. Carbonation is evident and lively throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced clove and banana esters, hallmarks of the weizen yeast fermentation, accompanied by a subtle bubblegum sweetness that rounds the impression. A faint lemony hop character from Australian Cascade provides gentle citrus lift without dominating. Soft wheat and pale malt notes ground the aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with full body and the characteristic weizen pairing of clove spice and ripe banana, followed by gentle bubblegum notes that add complexity without cloying. The yeast-driven character sits prominently, while the wheat malt provides a soft, pillowy base. Bitterness remains restrained at 13 IBU, allowing the fruity and spicy yeast notes to lead.

The finish is smooth and soft rather than dry, with the yeast esters lingering gently on the palate. A subtle citrus warmth from the Cascade hops provides a refreshing fade without harsh edges.

Slightly warmer than a lager — 8–12°C allows the banana and clove esters from the yeast to fully develop.
