◎ Appearance

Pale orange hue with a soft, hazy presentation that scatters light evenly throughout the glass. The head forms with moderate density and clings to the walls with gentle lacing. Carbonation appears well-integrated, creating fine bubbles that rise steadily without aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe tropical stone fruits—mango and papaya—layered beneath bright orange peel and subtle zest. Underneath, a gentle malt sweetness provides a grounding backdrop without any harsh grain or solvent notes. The oat adjunct contributes a whisper of soft, creamy grain character that rounds the aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a soft, silky mouthfeel driven by the oat addition, which carries the tropical fruit flavors forward without sharpness. A sweet malt foundation sits in the mid-palate, balancing the fruit-forward character and creating a juicy, almost nectar-like sensation. Bitterness remains restrained, allowing the citrus and stone fruit notes to persist through to the swallow without drying the mouth.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and juicy, with a lingering impression of orange and tropical notes fading gradually. No harshness or dry astringency intrudes; instead, a gentle sweetness and stone fruit character persist briefly before clearing.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
