◎ Appearance

Pale lemon-gold in the glass with a hazy, opaque suspension throughout. The cloudiness from oats and yeast creates a soft, diffuse appearance. Head retention is moderate with fine carbonation visible as small bubbles rising through the turbid body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with stone fruit and melon from Citra and Mosaic, backed by bright lychee notes from the Amarillo and Simcoe. Beneath the fruit sits a clean, restrained malt base that supports rather than competes. No resinous or earthy hop character dominates; instead, the aroma remains fresh and fruit-forward.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and full-bodied from the oat adjunct, with peach and tropical fruit settling immediately on the palate. The mid-palate maintains the fruit character while a gentle, fruit-forward bitterness emerges—more citrus pith than pine. Malt presence is deliberately minimal, allowing the hop-derived sweetness and complexity to define the experience without astringency.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and smooth with lingering stone fruit and a faint warming from the 7.1% ABV. Bitterness fades gracefully, leaving a dry yet fruit-tinged aftertaste that doesn't overextend.
