◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a hazy, turbid body from suspended yeast and grain matter. A dense, pillowy white head forms on the pour and clings to the glass with persistent lacing. The cloudiness is characteristic of the style and frame for the fresh hop aromatics.

◌ Aroma

Vibrant tropical and citrus notes lead the nose, with prominent stone fruit and passion fruit character from the five hop varieties. Underneath, a distinct resinous layer emerges with subtle piney undertones, grounding the bright fruit. A soft bready note from the wheat and oat backbone rounds the profile without overwhelming.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with immediate tropical and citrus intensity, delivering a hoppy bite that remains crisp despite the 8.2% ABV. Resinous and piney characters build through the mid-palate, balanced by a soft, creamy mouthfeel from the wheat and oat adjuncts. The bitterness is measured at 70 IBU, assertive but not harsh, fading cleanly into a dry finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and medium-length, with lingering citrus and resinous notes. The soft mouthfeel persists without becoming cloying, allowing the beer to drink well above its actual alcohol weight.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
