Pale golden hue with a hazy, opaque quality throughout. The cloudiness derives from suspended yeast and grain proteins rather than chill haze, creating a soft, diffuse appearance. Head retention is generous, with creamy lacing that clings to the glass as you drink.

◌ Aroma

Bright, fruity hop character leads the nose, with pronounced citrus (grapefruit, tangerine) layered beneath stone-fruit notes of peach and apricot. Underlying wheat and oat notes provide a soft, grainy sweetness that anchors the bouquet without heaviness. The aromatic profile is clean and modern, with no harsh green or grassy edges.

◐ Taste

Entry is juicy and full-bodied, with the oat-wheat base delivering a creamy mouthfeel that softens the alcohol despite the 8.4% ABV. Mid-palate emphasis falls on tropical and stone-fruit hop expression—peach and citrus dominate—while bitterness remains restrained at 65 IBU, never sharp or astringent. The sweetness-to-bitterness balance tips toward the warm, fruity side.

The finish is dry without drying, with lingering peachy and citrus notes that fade gradually. Warmth from the alcohol is present but well-integrated, leaving a smooth, fruit-forward aftertaste.
