The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

◎ Appearance

Hazy amber-gold pour with bright clarity despite the suspended yeast and hop matter characteristic of the style. The head forms quickly with moderate density and displays good Schaumhaftung, clinging to the glass in fine lacing as the beer settles. Vibrant carbonation drives persistent small bubbles through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tropical stone fruits—passion fruit and mango—layered beneath bright grapefruit citrus from the Citra and Mosaic Edelhopfen. A subtle resinous undertone adds herbal depth without dominating the fruit-forward character. The overall impression is clean and inviting, with no sharp alcohol burn or oxidative notes.

◐ Taste

The palate opens smooth and approachable, allowing the citrus and tropical fruit flavors to expand across the mid-palate before transitioning to a measured, resinous bitterness. The Malz provides subtle support without sweetness, balancing the hop-forward profile. Bitterness registers at 60 IBU—present and clean but never harsh or astringent.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and clean, with lingering citrus and resin fading over several seconds. A light piney note persists briefly before the beer concludes refreshingly dry.
