🌍 United States · New England IPA · One of 107 New England IPAs in hopIQ

Pulp Art joined the year-round range in 2021 as the brewery's first widely distributed hazy IPA, its name a nod to Pop Art. Citra, Strata and Simcoe hops bring pineapple juice, ripe mango and bright citrus pulp to the nose, with tangerine and peach following on the palate. A generous share of oats gives the body a round, soft texture and a gentle sweetness in the middle, while a crisp bitterness at the start keeps the finish from turning heavy.

◐ Taste

Entry arrives with a crisp bitterness that prevents heaviness and sets the stage for a creamy mid-palate. The oat adjunct delivers a round, soft mouthfeel and subtle sweetness at the core, while tropical stone fruit—tangerine and peach—unfolds across the palate. The balance between gentle bitterness and creamy body keeps the beer refreshing rather than cloying.
