◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with pronounced haze throughout, characteristic of the New England IPA style. The dense, pillowy head sits persistently atop the glass, leaving fine lacing down the sides. Modest carbonation supports the soft, creamy visual presentation without excessive aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tropical stone fruit—lychee and white peach dominate, supported by Asian pear and dragonfruit notes that create a layered, exotic impression. Citrus zest weaves through the background, while the oat adjunct contributes a subtle, grain-derived sweetness that anchors the profile. Hop character remains restrained, allowing fruit aromatics to occupy the foreground.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and welcoming, with the oat bill delivering a silky, full mouthfeel that distinguishes this brew. Mid-palate brings forward the peach and citrus elements detected on the nose, followed by a light, ripe stone-fruit sweetness. Bitterness remains deliberately subdued at 25 IBU, never competing with the fruit-forward character; instead, a gentle dryness balances the overall impression without harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish unfolds with a round, smooth quality—neither aggressive nor abrupt. A lingering peach and citrus note persists gently on the palate, fading into a lightly sweet aftertaste rather than a dry one.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
