Beers similar to Charlevoix Cold IPA
hopIQ found 10 beers that share Charlevoix Cold IPA's dry and resinous character. West Coast hops fermented cool with a German lager yeast, taken to 86 % attenuation. Fruit candy, lychee and peach carry the aroma, with grapefruit pith and a resinous bitterness underneath. Rice in the grist pares the malt back to a thin cracker base, so the beer stays bright and crisp and closes terribly dry. Part of the core range all year.
