🌍 Spain · Festbier · One of 8 Festbiers in hopIQ

Damm's Christmas beer goes back to the 1950s, when the brewers made it as a gift for staff, their families and friends; it has been sold to the public as a limited winter release since 2013. Brewed from barley malt, rice and hops, it is oak-coloured with orange glints and a compact, lasting head. Ripe peach and apple open the nose, with orange freshness and a closing note of toasted bread. On the palate it is broad, full and creamy, and the hop bitterness gives a refreshing counterweight.
