Bock Damm combines three malts at 14.4 °P original gravity: roasted grains kilned at 200 to 220 °C for colour and roast, caramelised grains for sweetness, and pale Pilsen malt for a cereal base. It pours dark mahogany with garnet glints under a light brown head. The nose is sweet and dense with chocolate-tinged coffee, while the palate brings caramel, raisin and honey, a firm body and fruity, slightly drying tannins that lead into a long roasted finish.
