The nose opens with gentle pale malt character—soft, biscuity notes without heaviness—accompanied by a delicate apple note and subtle honey whisper that suggests the beer's residual sweetness. Spalt hops bring a measured herbal and spicy undertone that prevents the malt from dominating the aromatic profile. The alcohol warmth is barely perceptible at first, emerging only on repeated nosing.
