Deep amber hue with warm, kiln-fired tones reflecting the Munich and crystal malts in the grist. The beer presents with good clarity and a dense, persistent head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. Moderate carbonation supports a stable foam collar throughout the drinking experience.

The nose is immediately and prominently spiced, leading with cinnamon, cloves, and allspice in a warm, baking-spice profile. Beneath the spice framework sits a subtle squash sweetness and mild pumpkin character that grounds the composition. Supporting notes of caramel and breadiness emerge from the base malts, adding depth without overwhelming the dominant spice.

The palate opens with broad caramel and malty sweetness balanced by the spice blend—cloves and cinnamon lead on entry, with allspice and nutmeg developing through the mid-palate. The pumpkin reads as mild squash sweetness rather than vegetable character. Bitterness at 30 IBU provides structure without aggression, while the 8% alcohol contributes a subtle warming and slight boozy note that supports the full body.
