Toasted wheat and bready grain lead the nose, accompanied by subtle cocoa and hazelnut notes. Five hop varieties layer citrus and tangerine into the foreground, with a resinous undertone that lifts the malt sweetness. A faint phenolic hint from the wheat yeast grounds the profile.

Entry is smooth and grain-forward, with bready wheat and nutty malt establishing a gentle foundation. Mid-palate brings cocoa depth alongside a persistent citrus and resinous bitterness—27 IBU pushing beyond the style's usual restraint. Banana esters from the yeast emerge subtly without dominating, while the finish turns progressively dry.

Dry and measured, with residual citrus and a light resinous edge lingering on the palate. The medium body carries the bitterness cleanly without harshness, fading into a toasted grain memory.
