A pale straw colour holds a fine, delicate head with good retention and modest lacing on the glass. The body is clear and bright, with active carbonation visible in fine streams. The lightness of the pour and colour suggest a dry, refreshing character.

◌ Aroma

Fresh white grape and honeyed notes lead the nose, complemented by subtle pithy grapefruit and lemon zest. Wheat malt contributes a soft, grainy underscore, while the barrel aging imparts a restrained oakiness. A gentle floral lift from Cascade hops rounds out the aromatic profile without dominance.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with honey and dried white grape, moving into pithy grapefruit and lemon that drive a crisp, dry sensation. Wheat malt provides lightness and a grainy softness across the mid-palate, while gentle spice from fermentation adds complexity. The barrel-aging builds a drying oak presence that carries into a long, dry finish with no residual sweetness.

A sustained dry finish with subtle oak character and faint spice notes. The acidity lingers pleasantly without harshness, leaving the palate clean and inviting another sip.
