Saaz hops deliver a subtle herbal and floral lift—gentle and restrained, never aggressive. Underneath lies a simple cracker-malt base with light grain notes, clean and straightforward. No yeast character or adjunct aroma intrudes; the profile remains transparent and refreshing.

The palate enters lean and dry, with the flaked rice thinning body and sharpening perception of hop bitterness. Cracker malt sits quietly in the middle register, offering bread crust notes without sweetness. Noble-hop character persists gently across the tongue, finishing with a whisper of herb and spice rather than any real bite.

Short and clean aftertaste with only a trace of sweetness before it evaporates entirely. The carbonation punctuates the exit, leaving a mineral-like drying sensation and inviting the next sip.
