Pale golden-yellow with pronounced haze throughout the body, characteristic of the New England style. The head is soft and pillowy, settling to a thin collar with modest lacing around the glass. Fine carbonation creates a cloudy, inviting visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

Tropical and resinous on the nose, with Mosaic and Simcoe leading the charge: distinct mango and passion fruit notes sit alongside a piney, herbal edge. Strata brings an earthy, dank undertone with hints of ripe berry that round out the aromatic profile without sharp alcohol burn.

◐ Geschmack

Creamy and smooth entry, built on a soft malt foundation of oats and wheat that rounds the palate immediately. The fruity and resinous character unfolds through the mid-palate with green dank notes and subtle berry complexity, while bitterness remains restrained and integrated rather than assertive.

◑ Abgang

The finish is round and juicy, trailing berry and tropical fruit notes without drying the palate. No harsh resin or lingering bitterness—instead, a smooth, gentle fade that invites another sip.
