Cloudwater Light Lager

◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and a bright, luminous quality characteristic of the style. A fine white head forms with moderate retention and delicate lacing. The carbonation is crisp and evident, with a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the pale body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with a clean, gentle malt character underscored by subtle sweetness. Light citrus notes—reminiscent of lemon zest—emerge alongside a restrained herbal hop quality. The overall impression is fresh and inviting, without aggressive or competing aromatic elements; the rice adjunct contributes to an airy, refined quality on the nose.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a light, malty sweetness that sits comfortably on the tongue before transitioning into a crisp, dry mid-palate. The herbal bitterness is restrained and well-integrated, providing just enough definition without dominating the flavor profile. The rice component lightens the overall sensation, allowing the citrus and grain elements to remain in clear focus.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste is clean and persistent, with faint herbal hop notes lingering alongside residual sweet grain character. The beer finishes crisp and refreshing without any harsh or lingering bitterness.
