Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head. The carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, with delicate lacing that clings to the glass as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by meadowfoam honey and stone fruit—particularly ripe peach and apricot—layered with subtle floral notes and a whisper of oak from the Missouri foeder aging. Faint spice and yeast-derived complexity add depth without overwhelming the fruit and honey character.

◐ Geschmack

Honey and peach lead the palate with natural sweetness balanced by a dry, crisp mid-section. The oak and subtle spice emerge gradually, while the yeasty fermentation character provides a gentle complexity. The finish dries with a clean, mineral-like quality that keeps the beer refreshing despite its fruit-and-honey core.

The aftertaste lingers gently with residual honey and a fading peach note, followed by a pleasant drying sensation and a touch of oak tannin. Overall length is moderate, leaving the palate clean and ready for the next sip.
