◎ Aussehen

Amber-gold in color with excellent clarity and a persistent white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The carbonation is visibly lively and refined, lending brightness to the pour. The body appears lean and inviting, true to the style's thirst-quenching intent.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bread crust and grainy malt sweetness, underpinned by whole-cone hop character that brings white pepper, dried herbs, and cut grass. A subtle floral quality adds lift and complexity. The overall impression is dry and herbaceous rather than fruity or estery.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and grain-forward, with bread and cereal malt providing the foundation. The palate remains light to medium-bodied with an assertive, stiff bitterness that cuts cleanly across the tongue. Spicy and grassy notes from the whole-cone hops persist through the mid-palate without overwhelming sweetness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and extended, with lingering spice and grass that keeps the mouth cleansed and inviting another sip. No residual sweetness or heavy aftertaste; the bitterness fades gracefully.

Bei 8–12°C servieren. Saison ist erfrischend aber komplex — kalt funktioniert, aber etwas wärmer zeigt den Farmhouse-Charakter.
