Founded in 2015 by Theo Freyne, a Heriot-Watt-trained brewer, DEYA Brewing Company is based in Cheltenham and named after the village of Deià on Mallorca. The brewery specialises in unfiltered, unfined, and unpasteurised hop-forward ales, with hazy pale ales and IPAs at the centre of its output. Steady Rolling Man is its best-known beer and a benchmark for the style in the UK. All DEYA beers are vegan, and the range also extends to pilsners and occasional mixed-fermentation releases.
