Into the Haze presents a deep golden-orange hue, intentionally turbid from suspended yeast and hop material. A pillowy white head forms on the pour and clings to the glass with generous persistence, creating fine lacing as the beer is consumed. The haziness is characteristic of the New England IPA style, inviting and approachable rather than off-putting.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical fruit—ripe mango, passionfruit, and sun-warmed peach dominate the initial impression. Beneath the stone fruit lies a gentle citrus zest that adds brightness without harshness, complemented by a subtle undercurrent of pine resin that speaks to the noble hop character. The aromatic profile is inviting and layered, revealing new facets with each nosing.

◐ Taste

On the palate, the beer's full-bodied, lush mouthfeel unfolds with a soft, almost creamy texture that carries juicy stone fruit flavors throughout. The bitterness is present and measured at 60 IBU, providing structure and balance without dominating the fruit-forward character. A subtle pine resin note emerges in the mid-palate, adding complexity and preventing the beer from becoming one-dimensional.

The finish is clean and fresh, with a gentle dryness that lingers without becoming astringent. The aftertaste invites immediate reconsideration, encouraging another sip without fatigue.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
