Brouwerij Lindemans is a Belgian family-owned lambic brewery located in Vlezenbeek, in the Pajottenland region of Flemish Brabant, southwest of Brussels. The brewery traces its origins to 1822, when the Lindemans family began brewing lambic beers on a working farm. By the 1930s, the agricultural side of the business was discontinued to concentrate entirely on lambic, gueuze, and kriek production. Today, the brewery is run by the seventh generation of the Lindemans family and produces around 85,000 hectolitres per year, making it one of the most prominent traditional lambic producers in Belgium.
