The nose opens with intense fresh sour cherry, immediately dominant and primary. Behind the fruit sits a subtle herbaceous note and underlying complexity from the mixed fermentation—lambic character emerges as the glass warms, adding depth to the pronounced cherry character.

Full-bodied entry rich in cherry character, lifted throughout by the acidity from the lambic fermentation. The midpalate is tart and fruity without excess sweetness, the cherry presence sustained but balanced by an underlying dryness that prevents cloying.
