Lindemans Gueuze
A capped gueuze in the post-war tradition: young lambic, filtered and pasteurised, which makes it softer and sweeter than the bottle-conditioned Oude Gueuze. Ripe, juicy apple and a light sweetness in the nose; soft and sweet at first, then crisp and dry with a subtle sourness, hints of rhubarb and champagne and a dry-sherry finish. Golden blond, 5 % ABV, in the range since 1978.
