Bright and luminous in the light, with fine carbonation visible as persistent pinpricks rising through the body.

The nose opens with inviting ripe nectarine and stone fruit sweetness, immediately followed by distinctive barnyard funk and earthy Brett character. Lemon zest and subtle oak add complexity, while a whisper of hay and old wood rounds out the aromatic profile. The balance between fruit and funk is striking—neither dominates, creating an approachable yet intriguing sensory entry.

Bright, snappy acidity drives the palate from the first sip, showcasing jammy nectarine flesh against a pronounced earthy and tannic backbone. The natural sourness is clean and well-integrated, never harsh, with a dry quality that prevents any cloying sweetness. Mid-palate reveals subtle oak tannins and funky earthiness that evolve with each sip, creating layers of complexity.
