Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvée Francisca

Tap to rate

Made for the 200th anniversary in 2022 as a tribute to founding mother Francisca Vandersmissen: four-year-old lambic from three oak casks (T1001, T1006, T1017) plus 10 % young lambic from foeder T1014, refermented in the bottle. Cider and sherry nuances, ripe apple and a touch of oak in the aroma; dry on the palate with oak, citrus, vanilla hints and sherry, a crisp, refreshing sourness and a long, complex finish. Golden blond, 8 % ABV, 25,000 bottles.
