Geuze Boon Sélection

Tap to rate

A very fresh, fruity nose with grapefruit, then a tender, balanced palate of wood and vanilla and a long, intense finish. This is the draught version of Geuze Boon, blended from one-, two- and three-year-old lambics, which ferments a second time in the kegs themselves and carries little CO2 for a good head. 6.3 % ABV. It is poured at the Boon Bar at the brewery and in a few selected places.
