Pure West presents a bright golden hue that glows luminously in the glass. A white head sits firmly atop, showing good retention and forming fine lacing as it subsides. The unfiltered character leaves the body with a soft haze that catches the light pleasingly.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical and citrus notes: pineapple and apricot lead, followed by bright lemon sorbet. Beneath these fruity impressions sit pine and a dank, resinous undertone that anchors the profile. The Nelson Sauvin and Citra contributions shine here, creating a layered and inviting bouquet.

The palate unfolds with pomelo and grapefruit zest on entry, evolving into mango and lychee notes through the mid-palate. A medium, dry body carries these stone and tropical fruit flavors with clarity, while a resinous character adds texture and complexity. A firm bitterness emerges steadily and lingers, marking this as a true West Coast expression.
