◎ Aussehen

A hazy golden-amber body with soft, diffuse cloudiness characteristic of the New England style. The head is modest but persistent, with fine bubbles that create gentle lacing as they recede. Carbonation appears restrained, befitting the full body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe stone fruit and tropical notes: overripe peach and mango dominate, layered with bright pineapple. Beneath the fruit sits a subtle herbal edge from Mosaic and Cashmere hops, with no harsh green or resinous character. A faint Edelhopfen perfume rounds out the aromatic profile without becoming floral or soapy.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with freshly squeezed orange and guava, echoing and deepening the aromatic promise. Bitterness is integrated and restrained at 60 IBU, contributing structure without drying or sharpening the finish. The full, soft body carries the flavours smoothly across the mid-palate, allowing the fruit to linger without astringency.

The finish is gentle and medium in length, fading with a residual sweetness and a whisper of citrus pith. No harsh alcohol burn despite the 8.7% ABV; the beer drinks noticeably lighter than its strength.
