Grounded presents a pale yellow hue with bright clarity and a white head that settles into fine lacing. The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a clean visual profile characteristic of the style. The light body is immediately apparent in the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with distinct lemongrass and fresh grapefruit notes, supported by a light resinous quality and subtle dank undertones from the Citra, Citra Cryo, and Mosaic Abstrax blend. These hop-driven aromatics sit cleanly without the heaviness typical of full-strength IPAs, creating an inviting and refreshing first impression.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with navel orange and lemon peel brightness over a whole wheat bread foundation that provides gentle malt structure. Resinous hop character returns in the mid-palate, building toward a clean, measured bitterness that remains restrained despite the 60 IBU rating. The body sits comfortably between low and medium, allowing the hop definition to shine without overwhelming.

The finish is light and dry, with the resinous quality lingering briefly before fading cleanly. The low alcohol and restrained bitterness allow the flavors to resolve without lingering harshness, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
