Pale golden hue with bright clarity and fine carbonation throughout. A modest white head forms on the pour with moderate retention and delicate lacing on the glass. The beer presents a light, inviting visual character that signals its lean malt structure.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with zesty citrus and orange peel from Centennial and Amarillo hops, complemented by juicy tropical fruit notes from the Citra additions. A subtle floral undertone adds complexity without overwhelming the bright hop profile. The lean malt base recedes appropriately, allowing the hop aromatics to remain front and center.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with clean hop bitterness and citrus notes that carry through the mid-palate with sustained brightness. The lean malt backbone provides minimal sweetness, keeping the beer refreshingly dry and allowing the 60 IBU to shine without harshness. The bitterness integrates smoothly rather than astringent, balancing the tropical fruit character throughout.
