Diamond Dust presents a murky pale golden color, true to the 'dust' series aesthetic. A white head forms on the pour with moderate retention and fine lacing. The haze derives from suspended yeast and protein rather than chill haze, giving the beer its characteristic soft, approachable visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose is led by stone fruit and tropical notes from the Cashmere and Mosaic hop combination. Prominent peach, mango, and pineapple aromatics blend with coconut and tangerine, while a delicate white-flower character adds texture without dominating. The overall profile is fruit-forward and clean, with no sharp or harsh edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens soft and juicy, developing grapefruit zest and blueberry notes that complement the aromatic foundation. Bitterness is restrained at 45 IBU, allowing the hop character to express as flavor rather than sharp bite. The medium body carries the beer smoothly from entry through mid-palate without heaviness.

The finish is clean and relatively short, fading to a subtle citrus dryness. No astringency or oxidative notes linger; the beer closes with the same approachability it presents on entry.
