◎ Aussehen

A dark brown body with a reddish undertone and gentle haze beneath the surface, presenting the traditional depth of a wheat bock. The cream-coloured head is sturdy and well-formed, demonstrating solid retention and lacing along the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose unfolds in layers: soft wheat yeast character leading to ripe banana and delicate clove notes typical of weizen fermentation. A distinct, grainy malz fragrance provides structure, with subtle honey notes adding warmth beneath.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters softly malty with a light, refreshing prickle of carbonation. Mid-palate reveals a gentle sweetness balanced by soft fullness, before transitioning to a mildly bitter, velvety finish that avoids harshness. The 7.2% alcohol is well-integrated.

◑ Abgang

The finish is of moderate length, lingering with a smooth, dry edge and subtle spice notes. A gentle warmth from the alcohol fades gracefully, leaving a clean aftertaste.
