◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head is white and well-defined, settling to a thin persistent collar with fine lacing down the glass. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—orange zest and grapefruit pith—layered over a firm pine resin backbone. Herbal and woody notes from the Edelhopfen give the profile structure, while Malz presence remains deliberately restrained in the background.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and dry, with grapefruit and orange driving the palate through the mid-section. Malz stays lean and understated, allowing a firm, resolute bitterness to dominate the entire length. Pine and resin linger on the sides of the tongue throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is drying and extended, with resinous bitterness holding steady into the aftertaste. Citrus notes fade gradually, leaving a clean, bitter-herbal fade with no residual sweetness.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
