The nose leads with clean roasted grain and subtle dark chocolate notes, followed by a faint whisper of coffee and toasted malt. No aggressive bitterness emerges—the aromatics remain balanced and approachable. Noble hop character is restrained, allowing the roasted malt complexity to speak clearly.

Entry is smooth and lightly dry, with roasted grain and gentle chocolate flavors building across the mid-palate. Bitterness remains controlled at 25 IBU, providing structure without harshness.
