◎ Aussehen

Hazy pale yellow, turbid and opaque throughout the glass with excellent suspension of yeast and hop matter. The head is pillowy and substantial, with fine white foam that clings well to the glass and fades gradually, leaving delicate lacing. Carbonation is visible and lively without being aggressive.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with stone fruit and citrus: ripe mango, tangerine zest, and bright pineapple dominate from the Mosaic and Citra hops. A subtle coconut note emerges from the Sabro, adding gentle tropical depth. The Malz base sits beneath, offering a soft, grainy foundation that does not compete.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and approachable, with juicy tropical fruit character immediately evident. The mid-palate maintains good body from oats and wheat, delivering a gentle cracker-like maltiness that supports rather than dominates. Bitterness is restrained at 40 IBU, finishing clean and dry without harshness or lingering hop burn.

◑ Abgang

The finish is quick and refreshing, with the malt's cracker notes persisting briefly before fading. No residual astringency or warming alcohol register at the moderate 6.5% ABV.
