◎ Aussehen

Pours a clear copper-gold, with bright translucency and excellent clarity. The head is compact and well-formed, leaving distinct lacing as it recedes. Carbonation is evident and appropriate for the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with resinous pine and bright citrus peel, followed by herbal and peppery notes from the hop blend. Underneath, caramel and light brown sugar from the malt base provide sweetness and depth, balancing the assertive hop character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with caramel and brown sugar sweetness, establishing a firm malt backbone. A pronounced bitterness builds through the mid-palate, driven by Apollo, Simcoe, Willamette and Cascade, layering in herbal and piney notes. The bitterness is clean and resounding, without harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and crisp, with the bitterness lingering assertively but fading into a faintly fruity aftertaste. The overall impression is clean and mineral-edged, with no cloying sweetness.
