Red's Rye IPA

◎ Aussehen

Red's Rye IPA presents a deep crimson body with excellent clarity. A creamy tan head forms on the pour and clings to the glass with good retention, leaving fine strands of lacing down the sides. The carbonation is visible and lively throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes of grapefruit and orange peel, followed by a green, resinous pine character. Beneath the hops, caramel and biscuit from the malt base add sweetness and depth, while the rye grain contributes a subtle peppery spice that ties the profile together.

◐ Geschmack

Entry reveals the rye's characteristic peppery grain bite alongside caramel and biscuit sweetness. Mid-palate shows developing citrus and resin from the Amarillo dry-hop, building into a firm, assertive bitterness that dominates without harshness. The rye grain structure provides backbone throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and dry, with lingering bitterness and a peppery spice that extends the rye character. The aftertaste fades cleanly without cloying residue.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
