The beer presents excellent clarity with vigorous carbonation evident in the steady stream of fine bubbles.

The nose opens with fresh spice notes that dominate the aromatic profile, suggesting noble hop character. A subtle toasted-grain backdrop emerges beneath, with faint roasted undertones that hint at the brewery's traditional malting process. The overall impression is clean and inviting, without any harsh alcohol or yeasty notes.

The palate carries dense toasted-grain flavours with a pronounced malty sweetness in the mid-palate, complemented by a touch of roast that adds complexity without heaviness. A lively acidity cuts through the malt backbone, keeping the beer brisk and preventing any cloying sensation. The bitterness builds gradually, creating a structured and balanced profile throughout.
