Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, fine-bubbled head that leaves distinct lacing on the glass. The carbonation is notably lively, creating a persistent stream of small bubbles that maintains the beer's visual presence throughout the pour. Light transmits cleanly through the body, suggesting careful lagering and bright conditioning.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with clean citrus notes—lemon zest and light orange—backed by soft, grainy malt character. Noble hop aromatics emerge without aggression, contributing a delicate spice and herbal undertone. There is no sulphur or off-character; the extended cellar rest has allowed the beer to settle into a poised, harmonious profile.

The palate enters crisp and refreshing, with citrus brightness meeting a malt backbone that refuses to thin out. Mid-palate reveals balanced sweetness and body; the malt foundation—neither cloying nor austere—supports the hop bitterness without overshadowing it. The finish arrives clean and sharp, with a gentle bitterness that lingers rather than fades abruptly.

The aftertaste is dry and lasting, leaving the palate alert and ready for the next sip. Hop character persists gently without harshness, while residual malt sweetness fades to a crisp, refreshing dryness.
