Papillon
A New England IPA at 5.5% that sets five hop varieties – Bramling Cross, Jester, Krush, Simcoe and Talus – on a broad, soft malt base of barley, wheat and oats. The hop character is full, yet the beer stays delicately smooth, with notes of rose, blossom and berries. The artwork comes from the brewery's resident artist. Sold in cans and poured on draught in the taproom.

What is a Hazy IPA?
IPAs are hop-forward ales with 5.5–7.5% ABV and IBU 40–70+. Bold hop aroma — citrus, tropical, resinous — with firm bitterness and a dry, clean finish.
Finding a similar Hazy IPA
hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same hazy, smooth, floral character as Papillon will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
