◎ Appearance

Royal Fresh presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, inviting character. The head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass, leaving distinct lacing. Carbonation is assertive and well-integrated, supporting the beer's vibrant visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with intense citrus—mandarin, grapefruit, and bright peach lift immediately from the glass. Citra and Mosaic hops deliver layered aromatics that feel fresh and substantial without becoming perfumy. A soft, clean malt foundation sits beneath, allowing the fruited hops to dominate without obscuring the beer's structure.

◐ Taste

The palate enters with ripe stone fruit and citrus zest, followed by a firm, slightly sweet malt backbone that anchors the hop intensity. Mid-palate bittersweetness develops as resinous, herbal notes balance the fruit; the 80 IBUs assert themselves without harshness, creating a measured bitterness that complements rather than dominates. The body carries good weight for a 9% beer, delivering fullness alongside surprising drinkability.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and lingering, with citrus pith and resin persisting on the palate. Bitterness fades gradually, leaving behind a clean, slightly herbal aftertaste that invites the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
